User Accounts

The Application and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by VPN Galaxy and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Application or its content.

By using the Application, you grant VPN Galaxy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content you submit through the Application. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

Privacy

The collection and use of personal information through the Application are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VPN Galaxy DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VPN Galaxy DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM MALWARE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VPN Galaxy SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Modifications to the Terms

VPN Galaxy RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR UPDATE THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME. ANY CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE REVISED TERMS. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE APPLICATION AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REVISED TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
